Akshay Godara Early Life and Education
Akshay was born on April 18, 1994 in Bhakhriwala village of Pali district. His father Durgaram Godara was an Engineer In Chief in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Akshay completed his early education in Rajasthan and did his Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai IIT.

Akshay could join any company after studying but he had a passion to be in civil services. Then after completing B.Tech Godara started preparing for UPSC and in 2016 he got 603 rank in his first attempt and became IPS. But he tried again by doing more hard work and studies then in 2017 he secured 40th rank and became an IAS of batch 2017 of Rajasthan cadre.
Akshay Godara’ Wife
Akshay married Dr. Soumya Jha, an IAS officer. She belongs to Bihar and is currently appointed as a joint secretary to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Saumya became an IAS of Himachal Pradesh cadre, batch 2017 IAS officer. She took her transfer in 2019 to Rajasthan on the basis of her marriage with Akshay Godara.
