Dakota started with Megan’s 45 minutes recorded dance cardio for a whole body workout. Later she started to follow the instructions in person thrice in a week. Dakota Johnson is a co-star with Sydney Sweeney in Madame Web, said that she did so much while driving, she drove from an ambulance to even a taxicab in the movie. And all credit goes to her trainer Megan who helped make her so flexible and quick reactive.

They also used to meet 2-3 times a week to do it together.

Dakota did 45- minutes workout sessions of The Sculpt Society several times in a week, especially designed by Megan Roup. She included dance cardio warm ups, full body stretching and strengthening exercises with low impact body toning moves.

These specially designed dance squad workouts helped Dakota to build her body like a superhero of Marvel characters. Dakota said in an interview that she was feeling her body more powerful and really more energetic after the workout sessions instructed by Roup.
