Kriti Kharbanda shared her fitness and skincare routine in one of her interviews in which she explained about her natural skincare and fitness routine that she followed during her wedding preparations and as usual in the daily routine. Stay Hydrated

Kriti said that it’s very helpful for your skin to glow if you drink plenty of water throughout the day. It makes skin hydrated and wrinkles free. She said that she drinks at least 6 litre water everyday.

Eats seasonal Fruits

Kriti includes seasonal fruits in her daily diet routine as she believes in inner beauty. She prefers juicy fruits the most as it fulfills the need for water too along with other minerals present in it. She believes that makeup is not everything for a person to look beautiful, rather if you include seasonal fruits in your diet then your beauty enhances internally and you will need the makeup as compared.

Rinse Skin With Cold Water

Kriti said that she never put on makeup while going to bed. She always wipe off all the things applied to her face and leaves it fresh all the night to breathe and repair. She splashes cold water on her face and leaves it as it is. 

Natural Skincare Packs

Instead of the chemical products, Kriti believes in using natural skincare remedies and packs. She said in that interview that she used to apply besan, rose water, glycerine, mulani mitti, aloe vera on her face as a pack atleast twice in a week. The reason for choosing these is that they are natural, harmless and leave long lasting effects. As long as you stay away from chemical products your skin will stay as younger and attractive for long.

Swimming

Swimming is Kriti’s one of her favourite hobbies. She says swimming is the best way to move each part of your body. It increases strength, helps maintain the figure and is a stress buster too. So she includes swimming in her daily routine along with her other workouts.

Hair has always been neglected by everyone as we talk about only the face, skin and body. But hair plays a big role in enhancing one’s looks and beauty. Kriti shared that she takes care of hair too as she does for her skin. She never applies plain oil to her scalp; rather she uses olive oil (after having curry leaves boiled in it) for a gentle head massage to ensure it soaks well and leaves it overnight. 

Next morning she applies a mild shampoo to clean the hair. This is a simple hair care routine that you may follow to get shiny, bouncy, healthy yet strong hair like her.
